Adapted from Stephen King's 1979 novel of the same name (originally published under the pseudonym Richard Bachman), The Long Walk tells the story of a brutal competition where 50 teenage boys must walk nonstop while maintaining a minimum pace or face execution, until only one remains. Pretty awkward. Listen along as Brandon humorously recaps the film’s plot and analyzes its themes, including hope, political symbolism, and the queer-coded starcrossed romance at the heart of it all.
